These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SelfEidolon website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). In these Terms, "the Operator" means the entity operating the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep that information reasonably up to date.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service.

By submitting content, you grant the Operator a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, store, process, analyze, modify, transmit to third-party service providers, and otherwise use such content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, develop, commercialize, and provide the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that your content may be processed by third-party service providers engaged by the Operator for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate content, recommendations, decisions, or autonomous actions based on your interactions with the Service and the content you submit.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use, publish, or rely upon any output generated by the Service.

The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing, supervising, approving, publishing, and relying upon any output or action generated by the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service;

  • Reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service except where permitted by applicable law;

  • Circumvent subscription, billing, usage, or security restrictions.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the Service.

The Operator also reserves the right to seek damages, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require an active paid subscription.

Some features may also require usage-based credits.

Unless required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.

The Operator may change pricing or subscription plans in the future. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will not affect payments already completed.

7. Availability

The Operator aims to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time.

The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party services, or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control.

The Operator may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at the Operator's sole discretion, with or without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to the Operator.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service itself.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF GENERATED OUTPUTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE OPERATOR DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

11. Suspension and Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms;

  • Your use presents legal, operational, or security risks;

  • Continued access is required to be restricted by applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination does not entitle you to any refund except where required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when published on the Service or our website.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
